Warranty
All vendors we work with were hand selected for their craftsmanship and use of the highest quality materials. Every aspect of Buildlane is focused on delivering a perfect product. From shop drawings to in-person inspections our business is ensuring the quality of our work.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our work. This covers all defects related to material or quality of workmanship under normal household use. This warranty does not cover Customer’s Own Materials or damage from negligence such as cuts, burns, or pet damages.
Returns
Orders are placed when the 50% deposit has been paid. Because each piece is custom built to your specifications we cannot accept returns or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested after an order is placed but there could be additional charges.
