March 24th COVID19 Update

We hope this finds you and your loved ones well! We are still here, and still working for you.

During this time, we remain committed to leading with integrity, being transparent, and sharing updates as we have them.

Below are the ways we’re still serving you. Read on for the details in terms of the Safer At Home clause in effect until April 19th.

Our Factories Are Still Building

In response to current Safer At Home regulations, we are operating with smaller crews. Work station separation, gloves and masks are still in full effect.

Complimentary 3D Renderings on Orders Placed

Your orders will go into our currently active production queue, and we will do free 3D Renderings up request. This gives you something tangible to share with your client, keeping them engaged and with something to look forward to!

Complimentary Shop Drawings on Quote Requests

Let us help get your projects "shovel ready," so that when this all passes, you’re positioned to hit the ground running for your client.

Many of our designers are using this time to be strategic by planning and preparing for the time when we're all busy again.

We want to be a resource, and are happy to hop on the phone to discuss your priorities, projects and needs.

Below are the specifics in terms of our operations under the Safer at Home guidelines:

In accordance with California’s Safer at Home order in effect until April 19th, our factories are shutting their doors but they are not closed. They will have smaller crews chipping away at existing orders as we prepare to have all items in place for when “Safer at Home” does end. This will position us to complete your orders at a rapid pace when the time comes. We will keep you updated with ETAs. Our current plan is to complete all projects with March and April deadlines by early May.

Please note: upholstered furniture was not listed in the State's exemptions. For the time being, your upholstered orders will go into our queue and we will start building when the order is lifted April 19th.
